Large multipurpose 8.7 inch stainless steel hardened serrated blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more. Cheese can create a lot of blade drag but the FS-250 slicer’s motor has the power to take it in stride.
